What is included?
Why an editable QR and not a fixed one
A fixed QR stores the final address inside the picture: if your menu, phone number or page changes, you have to reprint everything. An editable QR stores a short Elevalia address that redirects to the current destination. You print the card or sticker once and change where it leads from your dashboard, whenever you want. It is the difference between a printout that expires and one that keeps working.
How an NFC card is read on iPhone and Android
The card holds a passive chip with no battery. When a compatible phone with the screen on is held close, the prompt to open the link appears on its own, with no app to install. On recent Android phones NFC just needs to be on; on recent iPhones it works with the screen unlocked. If a phone cannot read NFC, the QR printed on the same card does the same job.
What we measure and what we do not
Each visit counts whether it came from QR, NFC or a link, how many different people visited and which buttons they tapped, so you know which channel brings you customers. We do not store your visitors’ IP address and we do not use advertising cookies. What you measure is yours and you see it in your dashboard.
Self-service or done for you: which one fits
NFC and QR Cards is a self-service product: you sign up, build your page yourself in minutes, and with your subscription we ship you the physical cards. If you would rather have Elevalia design it, set it up and deliver it ready with Google review plates or menus, that is what the custom NFC solutions service is for.
