A digital invitation is a web page of its own with every event detail in one place. Guests get a link on WhatsApp, check the location, watch the countdown, browse the gallery and confirm attendance from their phone.
How long does it take?
The first version is usually ready in 7 to 12 business days after we receive the information and images. We schedule changes before the date the invitation goes out to guests.
How is the result measured?
It puts the information and RSVPs in one place, so you answer fewer repeated questions. The invitation makes follow-up easier, but it does not guarantee that everyone invited will reply or attend.
What do you need to get started?
What is in the base price and what is quoted separately
The price starts at $3,990 MXN ($235 USD) and includes the complete invitation, published and ready to send, plus one round of adjustments before it reaches your guests. Two things fall outside that base, and they are worth asking about before you compare quotes: the custom domain, which is optional because the invitation can go live at a direct link, and changes after the included round, which we review by scope. If you want the domain, we quote it separately and register it in your name, not ours.
When to order it if your event already has a date
The first version is usually ready in 7 to 12 business days from when we receive the information and images, not from when you book the service. Those are business days, so weekends and holidays do not count. In calendar time, expect around two and a half weeks. If you also want to close RSVPs a month ahead so the caterer gets a final headcount, the math is simple: event date, minus your RSVP window, minus production time. With two months of lead time, there is room to review the text without rushing.
Where RSVPs go
Before we publish, we agree with you on where form responses are recorded or received, because that is where the number you give the caterer comes from. The fields are built around what you need to count: how many guests each invitee brings, whether children are coming, any dietary restrictions. Having it all in one place saves you from chasing confirmations across several chats. Keep in mind that the invitation makes follow-up easier, but no tool guarantees that everyone you invite will reply or show up.
Self-service template or your own page
Self-service platforms give you a shared template: fixed typefaces, sections in an order you do not choose and, on free plans, usually the provider's branding on your page. With your own page, the structure is built around your event, and you decide which sections exist and in what order. The other difference is support. If a detail is missing after you have sent the invitation, there is someone to write to, and we review the change by scope instead of leaving it to you.

Can I pay in interest-free installments?
Yes. You can pay in up to 12 interest-free installments with participating cards. When you accept the proposal, we send the payment link on WhatsApp and you pick your term at checkout.

What do you need from me to get started?
The event details, the images and where you want to check RSVPs. The delivery time starts once we have all of that.
Can I change details after it is published?
Yes. One round of adjustments is included, and we can correct information before the event. Extra or last-minute changes are reviewed by scope.
What exactly is included, and what happens if I ask for more changes?
Only what your proposal spells out, plus 2 rounds of changes. A round is one list of adjustments, sent all at once. Anything outside the proposal, or any change after those rounds, gets its own quote before we start. Payment is 50% upfront and 50% on delivery, or 100% upfront if you choose interest-free installments. The Terms and Conditions have the details.
