Pricing starts at $19,990 MXN ($1,179 USD), and from there the final cost depends on scope, integrations and complexity. In practice it comes down to three questions: how many tools have to be connected, whether each one has a usable API or needs extra work, and how many modules the system needs. A project with several modules is not quoted as one block. We split it into stages, and each stage gets its own timeline before it starts. The final figure comes after we understand your process and define a workable first version, never before.
When you do not need custom software
Much of what people ask for as custom software can be solved with something cheaper. If all you need is something that answers questions using your own information, an AI chatbot trained on your documents starts at $1,990 MXN ($119 USD) and runs inside an AI platform: a GPT, a Gem or a Claude Skill. Custom development makes sense when the system has to take actions in other tools, move data between services or have its own interface. In the diagnosis we tell you which case is yours, even when the answer is the cheaper option.
What happens during those 2 to 4 weeks
That window applies to an automation or a focused agent, and it is not all building. The first part is agreeing on what goes into the first version and what is deliberately left out, because that is what decides whether the deadline holds. Then comes development, then testing on real cases from your operation, and finally delivery with documentation, so your team can run the system without calling us every time. If you need more modules, data or integrations, we do not stretch the timeline. We split the project into stages.
What can hold up an integration
Connecting the system to the tools your team already uses depends on those tools offering an API or another workable way in. Not all do, and some lock it behind a higher plan or charge extra. That is why we check access, costs and technical limits before we put each connection in the scope, not halfway through. If a tool has no viable route, that step stays out of the first version, and we decide together whether it stays manual or whether switching tools makes sense.

Can I pay in interest-free installments?
Yes. You can pay in up to 12 interest-free installments with participating cards. When you accept the proposal, we send the payment link on WhatsApp and you pick your term at checkout.
What kind of AI system can you build?

How is this different from a custom GPT or Gem?
A GPT or Gem works inside an AI platform and is usually enough for questions and guided tasks. A custom system can connect with other tools, run workflows or include its own app when the case calls for it.
Does the whole process have to use AI?
No. We use AI only where it adds value. Some parts are better handled with conventional automations, clear rules or a web interface, and we can combine them in one system.
How do I know the system is working?
From the diagnosis, we decide which indicator matters in your case and what to compare it against: how that process ran before. We measure the operation, not the screen, and it is usually time saved, manual tasks you no longer do or steps that disappear between one tool and another.
Can I start with one part of the process and grow later?
Yes, and it is usually the best route. We set a workable scope around the part of the process that weighs most today, get it working with tests and documentation, and then decide from the results whether a next stage makes sense. Each stage is quoted and scheduled separately.
What exactly is included, and what happens if I ask for more changes?
Only what your proposal spells out, plus 2 rounds of changes. A round is one list of adjustments, sent all at once. Anything outside the proposal, or any change after those rounds, gets its own quote before we start. Payment is 50% upfront and 50% on delivery, or 100% upfront if you choose interest-free installments. The Terms and Conditions have the details.
