How long does it take?
Initial setup is usually ready 3 to 7 business days after we receive your information. We confirm the exact time in the proposal based on scope.

Why pay once instead of monthly?
Almost every WhatsApp Business chatbot online is sold as a subscription: you pay every month and the assistant lives inside the vendor's dashboard. We do it differently. Setup starts at $1,990 MXN, and the assistant lives in an account your business controls, so nobody shuts it off when you stop paying a monthly fee. One exception: if you want replies sent from inside WhatsApp Business, that goes through Meta's official API, which has its own usage cost. We cover it in the proposal before we start.
GPT, Gem or Claude Skill: which one to pick
They are not three names for the same thing. A GPT lives inside ChatGPT, a Gem inside Google Gemini and a Skill inside Claude. The rule of thumb: build it on the tool your team already opens every day, because adopting a new assistant is easier than adopting a new platform too. The bigger difference is the kind of task. A GPT or a Gem is good at one-off questions. A Skill follows fixed steps, so it fits a process that always runs the same way: quoting, registering a customer or reviewing a document against the same criteria.
What happens when the assistant does not know something
No assistant can answer everything, and one that tries will make things up. Ours has a clear limit: we train it on your own documents, FAQs and processes, not generic information, so it covers what is documented and nothing more. Gaps show up fast in real use, almost always in cases nobody wrote down because they lived in one person's head. That is what the post-delivery adjustment round is for: we fix answers that came out short or wrong and set what it should say when a topic is not its job.
What sets the 3 to 7 business days
The 3 to 7 business days start when we receive your information, not when you book the service, and that is what moves the real delivery date. The bottleneck is almost never the technology. It is getting out of people's heads what they know. A rough document with the questions customers actually ask helps more than a polished manual, and so does the process written down the way you really run it, exceptions included. If the assistant needs many documents or branching flows, we confirm the exact time in the proposal.

Can I pay in interest-free installments?
Yes. You can pay in up to 12 interest-free installments with participating cards. When you accept the proposal, we send the payment link on WhatsApp and you pick your term at checkout.
Do I need to be technical to use it?
No. We hand it over fully set up, with a simple usage guide, so you and your team can run it without any technical knowledge.
Which account does the assistant live in?
In an account you control: ChatGPT or Google Gemini, or Claude if it is built as a Skill. If you do not have one yet, we help you open it. The assistant and the information we trained it on stay in that account, not in a dashboard of ours.
What does the price from $1,990 MXN include?
It covers building the assistant on your information and brand voice, training it on your documents and processes, a usage guide for your team and WhatsApp support during implementation. What raises the price is scope: how many documents and how many different processes it has to handle. We confirm the final scope in the proposal.
Does it work for any type of business?
It works best when you have repetitive questions or processes that you handle by hand today: support, sales, onboarding or internal documentation.
Can I ask for adjustments after delivery?
Yes. One round of adjustments after delivery is included, so we can refine its answers and behavior based on how you use it day to day.
What exactly is included, and what happens if I ask for more changes?
Only what your proposal spells out, plus 2 rounds of changes. A round is one list of adjustments, sent all at once. Anything outside the proposal, or any change after those rounds, gets its own quote before we start. Payment is 50% upfront and 50% on delivery, or 100% upfront if you choose interest-free installments. The Terms and Conditions have the details.
