What to post when your mind is blank

Some business owners go days without posting because they think they have nothing to say. But what your customers ask and request every day are ready-made ideas, and they are in your WhatsApp.

1. Answer in a post what people ask you the most

The question you hear most is a post waiting to happen. For example, if everyone asks a bakery whether they make custom cakes, the post is that answer in one sentence. The example is in Spanish; write yours in your own language.

¿Hacemos pasteles por encargo? Sí. Escríbenos y te decimos qué fechas tenemos.

2. Tell about a problem you solved this week

Think of something you fixed for a customer and how you did it. For example: "A customer arrived with a cake crushed on the way. Here is how we fixed it and how to carry one so it does not happen to you." Remove the customer's name or ask their permission.

3. Show the strangest order of the day

The order that surprised you most is usually interesting to your followers too. Share it with a photo and two lines, with permission from whoever ordered it.

4. Look for them in your WhatsApp

Open today's chats, find three messages that look like those three things and turn them into three posts. You already have something to talk about without making anything up.

Post what they ask you

When you do not know what to say, open your WhatsApp. What your customers ask you is what other customers also want to know.
